Gotta Love This

Today we met with our realtor to look at a few properties we are interested in. He brought along his son, Brandon, who happens to be 6 years old and in the first grade.

After looking at the third home and heading towards the car Brandon asks, "You don't have any children?" "No, not yet," I say. He thinks for a quick second and then asks, "When are you going to get some?"
